The Hossio story
The vineyard was neglected when we took it on. The house was uninhabitable. Hossio Rosé is the first commercial wine to emerge from the work of restoring both.
Grown in Serra d'Ossa and made from Touriga Nacional and Aragonês, the wine reflects a deliberate decision to begin slowly, work with the land and allow the character of the place to lead.
Hossio remains independently owned. Each release supports the continued restoration and long-term stewardship of the estate.
