Returns & Refunds

We want every bottle from our vineyard to reach you in perfect condition and bring genuine pleasure. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

If you decide a purchase isn’t for you, you may return unopened bottles within 14 days of delivery.

  • Bottles must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  • Returned items must be suitable for resale
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake

Once your bottles arrive back with us and are checked, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Damaged or Faulty Bottles

If your order arrives damaged or a bottle is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will:

  • Replace the affected bottle(s), or
  • Offer a full refund

We may ask for photos or collection of the bottle to help us maintain our quality standards.

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos, if the item is damaged
